That's right. Free return shipping. More peace of mind for you. More value for your fashion shopping dollars.
Free Returns Service
With Free Returns Service, you get 15 days on receipt of your order to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason.
As long the items are unused and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging and tags, you can return the items for free. It's easy and fast.
Easy
You return items locally and easily. Immediately contact our Customer Service and get a Return Authorization (RA) which includes your return code and return label. Go to the designated postal courier's service depot to complete the return. Wait for the warehouse to receive your returned parcel. It's that easy.
Fast
Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel meets the conditions for reimbursement as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Items will be processed at a local warehouse or sent back to the manufacturer's warehouse at the discretion of Shop MODERN Menswear (aka "MODERN")
Return Shipment Costs
MODERN will pay or reimburse the cost of shipping using the shipping service designated by MODERN to return the parcel to the designated return address.
Terms & Conditions
Not all countries at present are supported with this service. Supported countries include the mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain and Germany. We continue to work with local postal companies in your region to expand this service.
You can only enjoy free local return once per order. If you initiate multiple return requests under the same order number, only the first return will be eligible for FREE RETURN SERVICE. All other returns can still be requested up to the eligible return period, however return shipping costs will be at the expense of the Customer. Please consider returning jointly if considering more than one item on an order in order to avoid paying return shipping cost.
For the benefit of all our Customers, MODERN reserves the right to deny this service to individuals who abuse this service.
